This is pure garbage. I plugged it in and it worked for 15 seconds. All wiring was done right and I doubled checked it. Sparks flying out and smoke getting out of the unit. Doesn't work anymore. Don't buy this

Seems to do what it is designed for. Did not realize fan runs all the time. Like insurance, you hope you never have to use it.

So, I bought 2 of these units to use as UPS's for computer servers and switches, routers etc.First of all they don't like regular wet batteries. Although they will work, mine had a "warning tone" emanating from inside the unit. The tone stopped when I switched the battery to a lithium ferrite 100Ah, yes you can use a 100Ah, Back up will simply run less time than if you use 200Ah battery or 2X100Ah in parallel ( as recommended by Vevor )Over all performance is very good in terms of maxing out the unit to 2500kw with no issues.Switch over from DCAC & ACDC timing is not too bad all of my computer gear stayed on during the switching.Even though you may charge a new lifepo4 battery to max prior connecting to the inverter, the inverter will continue to charge this battery until it is fully charged the indicator light will go green once completed this may take a few hours. Did not have an BMS problems, no disconnects. If the charger light is "green" but flashing and you hear a faint tone coming from inside the unit that means that the battery you are using is not good, or this unit doesn't like. I used a brand new lead acid 800cca and It did not like it, it worked but alarm kept beeping.Multi stage charger work very well.Over all not too bad, for the price which is the lowest in this category of inverter chargers, it is worth it.

Charging the back up battery, without overheating. The capacity of the 2500W is real, if you have a good backup battery works perfect. Didn't test yet the longevity.

I bought Feb 12 2025. On March 29 had a major rain and ice storm. Power went out for 13 hours with pouring rain. Pump ran every 3 to 4 minutes with water gushing into the sump hole. I have a marine battery hooked up to unit. Ran the full 13 hours and still had just less than half battery left. System worked better than expected. My basement stayed dry with solid pouring rain all day and night. Great product!

Used in conjunction with Weize New 12 Volt 100Ah AGM Battery as battery backup system for sump pump. Easy setup, automatically switches over, and works perfectly.

Let me say that I've ordered in 3 pumps made in USA - 822PS worked well but was not "pure sine" and not designed for pedestal pumps. Replaced with ones that are pure sine but it could not pass the "connected only to the battery pump test" and ended up with the producer respectfully refusing to sell their most powerful pure sine pump after about 2 months of back and forth trying to diagnose why my 3/4 HP pump does not work. This product, passed all my tests (works with AC power, works one DC 12V AGM battery and worked for 5 months already), not as pricey ( as the one made in USA and is still working as it should and I have the peace of mind that in case of a storm the sump pump will be able to drain the water in case I loose power for several days.

They won't let me return it, defective junk, They expect me to put the voltmeter on it and send them videos, It's not my responsibility to diagnose their defective product. The fans constantly run under no load At 66° Fahrenheit. When the inverter arrived the fuse was in a box. It fell out during shipping because that is also defective as well because it's loose and it just falls out, therefore the battery would not charge, The fuse is so loose. It could just vibrate out over time draining the battery, when the fuse stays in the inverter, the inverter overcharges my battery and continues charging possibly damaging my battery. Stay away from this company. I've contacted them and they just give you the runaround. Not recommended.

Worked as expected for 1 week, 2nd week the battery charger would not work. Inverter & transfer switch worked just fine but without the charger, only will last as long as you have Power in the Battery. Returned to Amazon.

Using this to create my own battery backup system for my sump pump. So far is working well. Been working for 2 months with no issues. Have had a couple of minor power outages (Fall is our storm season) and the system performed as expected. It automatically switched and worked off the battery. Sump cycled as normal until power was restored. After power was back on, the battery recharged. One item to note, once the power is restored, the battery will recharge, but slowly due to the inverter also powering the sump in parallel.Had an issue with the first one that I purchased and the company worked with me to test various things. After running out of things to test we worked on a replacement, via Amazon. No problem with the process to get a replacement

I bought this system and the VEVOR Deep Cycle 100 AH 12V Battery. They are well-made and easy to assemble, and I'm glad I have them when the power goes out.
