UPDATE: I'm disappointed to say that this failed inordinately quickly. And it failed right at the expected point, the micro-USB power port on the charging base. The micro-USB harness came unsoldered from the unit, so there's now no way to power it. So no charging. So now it's just garbage. I'm very disappointed. Why use a micro-USB cable? Use a USB C cord, or use a round power plug, both of which seem to have a much lower failure rate.This works great for our One S. The pack includes battery covers for both X-Box One and for One S, so once we figured out the proper cover, it fit just like you'd expect. We haven't done a full test of battery life, but it definitely held charge for a short to medium play session. So happy to not have to replace batteries anymore!

8/25/2021 update:After playing with these for about four months, the battery life on both nosedived so badly that I couldn't even get through a 3-4 hour session. I ended up tossing them and going back to my old rechargeable.They were great for the first couple of months.---------------------Original post:Pros:* Actually lighter than regular batteries or my previous rechargable, which makes the controller easier to hold.* Play 20 hours on a charge, even in games like Forza with lots of kinetic feedback.* The charge light is very easy to see and understand which is ready to play.Cons:The cover and tabs are just the slightest bit off, so sometimes it takes some fidgeting to get the charger to connect correctly.

I have had this for a couple of months and it works as it should. I leave it on my desk and usually put the controllers right back on the charger when I am done and have yet to run out of batteries. I also only game for about 3 hours max at a time so I cant really speak to how long they last before needing a recharge. The price was right and I have no complaints.
