When using this i noticed you have to let it sit for awhile and use the instructions. that will give you the best results. this helped with a large rust stain i had on my driveway from the previous owner and while this didnt completely remove it, it did lighten it significantly. i also recommend a mask as this does have a strong scent.

This rust stain remover has somethings that one needs to consider. Where one sprays this, will be white, and not match the concrete exactly. I recommend trying on the side or small edge of the concrete to see if the white is the same color as the concrete. It is easy to use this product. It is clear so make sure you label any bottle you put this into. It seems like this might cover the rust some because one spot seems to show more rust when I got the area wet with water. This product seems to repel water. It seems to work but I don’t feel the color mismatch with the concrete is any better than the rust stain. But if your concrete matches, then this is good product.

I ordered this rust stain remover to address two rust spots outside of my house where the AC units drain and have left marks over time. The bottle's instruction says this product can color your concrete white if left on too long, so I sprayed and only waited about a minute before I washed it down with water as instructed. As you can see in the pictures, on the lighter concrete, it did turn it white even though I barely left it on for much time. On the brick facade, it didn't have the same white effect. But most importantly, it didn't remove the rust stains. It took some stain off of the lighter concrete, but didn't make any difference in the brick facade nor the exposed concrete underneath it. Not sure if it would be worth my time to do multiple iterations of this, if I'll just end up with unsightly white streaks instead of rust stains. It may be better to use a different rust remover or scrub using an steel brush. Also, it is advertised as plant friendly but the bottle clearly says you must wash down any greenery with plenty of water after this product has been sprayed. The smell is quite toxic and I had to wear a respirator, and it says you must wash immediately if any solution comes in contact with your skin. I'd recommend anyone using this stuff wear proper PPE.

I paint houses and I'm always looking for new services I can offer my customers. After finishing a rather large log home recently I was discussing the rust stains on the cement at the base of the house with him. I had already pressure washed using a house and siding cleaner but it didn't touch the rust. I told him I didn't have enough time this season but I could come back next spring and repaint the lower sections to match the log color or even prime and paint it white again but didn't know what else I could do. I also told him that if we went with a light color it would probably keep happening. He said he'd let me know next year and I didn't think to much abut it until I saw this listing. I just got my order and wanted to test it out. I had a stain from a propane bottle on my flagstone patio so I thought I would try it on that. I poured some into a jar and used a cheap chip brush to apply it. I left it for about ahalf hour and though i hadn't even rinsed it yet I could barely see the stain. I still had the jar and brush there so I rinsed it of and hit it with a second coat. The next time I checked I couldn't see it at all anymore. I rinsed the section off and after it dried the stone was completely stain free! I have a very old ceramic tub that I have been wanting to re epoxy for some time. The finish has really worn away to the point that the surface is rough in some areas. But there has been a rust stain in the corner of the top that has been there since before I bought the house 8 years ago. I've tried every cleaner I could buy both abrasive and chemical but nothing would touch it. I applied a bit of this and let it sit for a few minutes with the exhaust fan on and the door shut. I went back and couldn't believe it but it was gone! I rinsed it of and it's really gone not just bleached out. I know I wasn't supposed to use it inside but I vented it and I didn't spray it. I didn't notice any fumes either but I didn't stay long after applying it. I didn't take any before and after pictures but I will add them the next time I use it. I'm also going to call my customer this weekend and suggest trying it out on his lower walls with a pump sprayer.

For decades I have used motorcycle pipe cleaner spray to clean the heavy iron build-up that occurs anywhere that water comes into contact with.Velocity works very well and offers great cleaning power, I sprayed a small area of shower door glass and used a scowering pad to clean the minerals from a test area in only a minute of scrub time. It's easy to use, just fill a spray bottle with the cleaning solution ... Undiluted.Be sure to wear safety glasses and to have good ventilation

I had rust stains from furniture on a concrete pad and thought I was just going to have to live with it or somehow resurface the concrete. This stuff worked out great to get the rust stains completely off my patio and looking brand new.Application was easy (follow the instructions for dilution) and came off with only minimal brushing. The rust started listing up almost immediately while sitting, but scrubbing got it almost completely out. A second attempt got the rust totally out and looking great. I did end up doing the whole bad with a. broom to even out the color tone, but that is optional.Pricing it terrific and more than you'll need for most household jobs. Store the container securely following the instructions while you and your SO find other things to clean.

We tried this on some rust on our driveway. It didn't work on some of the heavy stains unfortunately. But next to it some of the lighter stuff came off. Now it looks funny because there's a clean spot next to a stain. So we had mixed results.I'm hoping to try it on some other things to see if we get better results.
