It comes with a high-quality washable and reusable air filter, ensuring long-lasting use. All necessary mounting hardware, vacuum hoses, and reducers are included, as depicted in the picture. If your vehicle requires it, a MAF sensor adapter will be included (some vehicles may not need this). I was told by amazon that this product was a match for my car but it is not! My mass inflow air sensor doesn’t fit the brackets and leaves a huge cap causing the car to stall as soon as you start it. Also the hose provided doesn’t fit my car either. The company did issue a refund
