Mine was not finished inside and had grit like 000 steel wool inside the tube , I cleaned it and still had grit falling off of the inside , that stuff is not very good for the motor to be sucking in . I returned mine . By the way , there were no instructions but it looks like it's an easy install if you decide to buy this .

Super easy install. Did not need instructions. Uses the existing bolts under factory air box that line up with holes. Took all of 30 minutes.
