Product Information
- Made from cemented carbide (tungsten carbide) blade and being hardened and tempered. Featured with sharp edge, accurate positioning, high hardness, impact resistance, smooth cutting, high toughness.
- For drilling flat bottom holes with no chippings in any thickness of soft wood. For drilling holes in any direction and making arched openings. For drilling partially overlapped flat bottom holes for easy mortising.
- Drilling diameter < 40mm, maximum speed: 2000rpm; Drilling diameter ≥ 40mm, maximum speed: 1200rpm. Used on desktop (fixed) equipment, and can NOT be used on handheld power tools (such as hand drill or electric drill).
- The product is only suitable for processing wood or soft non-metallic materials. Processing metal and non-ferrous materials, the tool will be damaged quickly.
Two Spurs & Center Spur
Two spurs and centering point can offer repeated, clean and accurate cutting holes. The sharp center spur accurately locates the center of your hole.
Special Design
Small incision resistance to improve the opening speed. The head adopts arc curve design for easy chip-removal and no tremor. The perforation is neat, smooth, no broken edge.
Universal Shank
Round shank is made of solid hardened steel, with high hardness. Can be used in drill press, bench drill, vertical drilling machine, CNC carving machine.

Bits have a very short shaft. Its my fault for not reading the specs closer. Had to order another bit.It was very well packaged.

Have now bored over 100 holes with these inexpensive bits. They produce sharp clean holes with no burnishing. They eject the shavings really well too. Have used them in hard and soft woods getting the same excellent results.

I bought these to drill bench dog holes in my work bench. The 19mm (the one I really needed) was actually 18mm, causing my bench dogs to not fit. They are also extremely dull and get clogged up immediately. Do yourself a favour and buy anything else.

The holes it leaves are not clean, uneaven because how the bit is designed, would not recommend. Plenty of good bits available for the same price, in fact, I had to go buy an other one since this one was so messy.

Test drilling into pine required an excessive amount of pressure and the hole size wasn't correct as measured with a caliper. I had to shim the barrel hinge I was using by wrapping it with craft paper. In harder wood (maple) I had to push the bit even harder and still I had to shim/wrap the part to make it fit. I probably could have just used my plain old Forstner bit instead of trying for the metric size I really needed. The bits will make holes, with enough effort, but I don't recommend them.

I got these to install my mortise bolt for bedroom doors. Hard to find the lower MM forstner bits. Only used them a couple times but they should last a long time with the correct drill speed settings.100% recommend and will update if they fail early.

The bits are not accurate in size. I need a 14mm and got a 14.6 mm. The 15mm is 15.47mm and the 16mm is 16.6mm.

These things hop around like crazy since they don't have the teeth all the way around. Mine were the right size, as determined by digital calipers, but even when I could get a clean-ish hole it was not the right size. I think they made the spade in the middle too short - you can't see it on the other side before you get tear out.And I think they are dull as sin, so you have to press hard, which just makes things worse. Returning them after owning them for 30 minutes. You don't get what you don't pay for.
