We travel a lot in Europe and over the years we've bought several of these adapters from different manufacturers. These adapters provide two basic functions - plug conversion and USB power.Plug conversion (not voltage conversion):This adapter provides 3 plug conversion outlets- 2 type A (2 prong) and 1 type B (3 prong). This is a plus. Most of our other adapters only provide 2 conversion outlets and having the extra outlet comes in handy. Keep in mind, this changes the plug type only - not the voltage. Most electronics sold these days can function at 220, but. be sure to check before you plug them in.USB Power:This adapter provides 3 USB power slots - 1 USB-A and 2 USB-C. With more and more devices moving to USB-C it's nice to have an adapter with more USB-C ports. For the price point, however, I would be nice to have 4 USB ports. The adapter seems to be well made and is similar in size to most of the other adapters on the market. My experience with these adapters is that if they are going to fail it's either right away, or after 9-12 months of use. For now I'm going to give it 5 stars, but I will adjust my rating in the future if needed.

This was a great buy. I bought one for my wife and one for myself. We have used them in Europe and North Africa.

compact little unit. mine is configured for the double pin style for most of the EU. Contains one 3 prong American in the front and 2 polarized 2 prong on the sides, plus a host of USB. This does NOT convert voltage, only the pin configuration.

I already have a couple of these which I carried with me for travelling to Europe and Indonesia. However, it does not hurt to have a spare or two to accommodate many electronic devices we carry with us during our trip abroad. They are very sturdy and have solid construction. There are two types that can be used in those countries. This type E/F and type C. Type C is the one with thinner prongs.Don't buy that one, since they often don't make good contact with the outlet and increases risk of fire.Buy the Type E/F since they have thicker prongs and make good solid contact with the AC outlets. Before this, I have been using universal plug adapters for year whenever I travelled abroad. You press one of the sliding buttons on its side to whatever plug you want to adapt to.While they are convenient - you only carry one plug adapter - they don't last long. Now when travelling abroad I am only bringing specific plug adapter such as this one.As you see on the close up photos, it is solidly constructed. You probably never need to replace it ever.Like all similar products, it has a single 3-prong US outlet at the front. This model has two 2-prong US outlets on the sides. They support PD with 20W max on USB-C and 18W max on USB-A.The total power output is always shared between the USB ports. You charge the fastest when only charging a single device. If you are charging two or more devices at once, their charging rates will slow down significantly. At the time at this review, there is a huge discount on the price. If you are in need of two of Euro adapter plugs, I recommend to buy this pack of 2 version. Please note that this plug adapter does not change voltage, current, and frequency. Most power adapters are already designed to work for 110 - 240 Volts and 50-60 Hertz. For iPhone, iPad, Android, laptop chargers, they already support universal voltages and frequencies. They are plug and charge with no worry.Others like a hair dryer, you may have to rotate a switch to select 220-240V used outside the US, before plugin in.

I have two adapters for international travel already. They have various in and out holes depending on the country's plug that you have to pull levers to access. However, I have had them so long that they don't even have a USB-A, let alone a USB-C. Normal people didn't have a need for USB's and most didn't know what it was. Let's just say that Google had not been invented yet when I bought them several years apart. They also were not cheap at the time. Current $29.99 price point for these two made my draw drop a bit. Great deal in my mind.I'm hitting Scotland in 2026, and these are going to be perfect. I love how the prongs to insert into the wall are static and do not retract. This really uncomplicates things. Instead of having to take a power strip to plug into the adapter to be able to plug in more than one item, this baby has a three pronger and 2x two prongers on each side. Then the coup de grace - a USB A and 2x USB C that claims protection overload and short circuit protection. I can't imagine really needing more than one, but these come as a pair. Perfect to let a traveling companion use one or if you want to have your curling iron heating up in the bathroom, you've got the extra to put near the bed for your computer, phone, etc.I'm quite happy with these. Of course I won't know 100% until I get there, but you can even feel the quality. They are at least 2x the weight of my others which I take to be due to a high quality and protective design. If, for some reason, there is a problem when I actually get to use them, I'll revise this review.
