Description
Ultrasonic homogenizer, also known as Sonicator, is used in a laboratory for mixing, emulsifying, homogenizing, disrupting cells and reducing particle size in a sample.
The ultrasonic generator converts electric energy to very high-frequency ultrasonic wave through a converter which contains piezoelectric crystals.
The ultrasonic wave produces cavitation through the liquid, resulting in homogenization and disruption of cells.

Medical Fields

The ‘horn’ they sent, was the wrong voltage or was rated for the wrong voltage despite claiming it was 110-120v. I was sent another and they made it right, so customer service i’ll rate a 5, but the product got a weak 2 for having faulty voltage approximates. Can’t speak ill on their service though, again, after sending it back they quickly sent the right one.

Although not FBA but item delivered much faster than expected. Very well packed. The enclosure is made of ABS. No odor. Really like the scratch proof matte surface.I like the fact that the soundproof box is separated from the controller. This makes it very convenient if we decide to use only the sonicator without the soundproof box. I also like the temperature limits feature that stops the machine when a certain temperature is reached. This feature is critical for me since I don’t want my sample to be overheated.
