Poorly packaged, severely bent out of shape and protruding through cardboard. Manually bent it back close to where is should be. Installed it in less than five minutes. Doesn't sit level like it should because of being bent. Smoked until "newness" burned off.Works as it should!

Purchased this basically a year to the current date ago, and unfortunately it has quit on us. Since the original coil also failed after a few years of use (~5 years) it's hard to say if the blame is on our actual oven unit or not!
