Mine lasted less than 3 months before the blade bent and jammed. The seller indicates a 1 year warranty but I can’t find any way to contact them. I am about done with purchasing anything from Amazon.

One of the blades bent and hung up on something inside and then the teeth in the driven piece that interfaced with the drive shaft stripped so it wouldn't dispense ice. Very poor design, material selection and manufacturing practices. I purchased this replacement on 12-15-24 and see a 1 year warrantee. However, I see no information on how to place a warrantee claim. Very disappointed in this.

Purchased this bucket to replace the original bucket. It lasted about 3 weeks. The metal sprockets that turn and crush the ice soon warped and were completely bent out of shape. They stopped the dispenser from turning, so no ice came out. Inferior materials were used to manufacture this and make it completely useless in a very short time.

I ordered thid as the original one must have had a crack in it as water would leak and freeze to the bottom making it impossible to remove without a hair dryer to melt the frozen ice. This one arrived quickly, was less expensive than the original part and the customer service/contact has been wonderful. They have responded eith emails if I had any question or was not satisfied. I have not yet checked to see if water is leaking, but it is storing the ice and dispensing as it should.
