We misdiagnosed our problem, so the part we purchased wasn't the issue. BUT, the part was in perfect condition & came very quickly. We got lucky & found a fairly decent replacement washer & set the other out to pasture.

I received & installed this part on Sunday because my LG washer had the dE error code. Today is Wednesday and the same error could is flashing again. After trying to start it MANY TIMES, it finally started. I have no idea how to contact this seller without returning it. SUPER disappointed. I guess that's what I get for ordering a cheap part.

Shipped in yellow bubble envelope. Hinges on the back sliding plate thing is very fragile and had broken off during transit. Save your self some trouble and check yours for any cracks or broken bits in the bag. This was also the initial failure point on the original part so even if the latch is still hanging by the remaining hinge and springs it will probably fail again much sooner then later. Having to uninstall and return ours.
