This outer door panel for our Frigidaire clothes washer was exactly what I needed. It arrived in excellent condition and on time.If this is something that you need, look for the serial and or model number of your machine on the inside door panel. Reference it with the part you are considering purchasing to be sure they are compatible.The installation was very simple. You will need a "square" driver to remove screws from door panel and door hinge. The square driver head is very common and easy to find at a hardware store, perhaps even at Wal Mart. Remove the old doorand hinge. Best to start with the hinge as the glass for the washer door is loose between the panels. Once the door is off, lay it on something to protect from scratching and damage. Separate the 2 panels, remove the hinge and door glass from the old panel, place them on the new panel, put the halves back together, and re install the door. It's that simple. The outer door panel has a couple of very flimsy door hinge "tabs", to align the hinge. Be very careful not to break these or you will need to purchase another door panel. The tabs keep the door hinge aligned. Good luck!

I bought this door despite it being Chinese and more expensive because it claimed to be improved and more durable.I feel like I've been scammed. There are no visible improvements, so I’ll have to see how long it lasts. The original door and hinge lasted 10 years and I replaced them with genuine Frigidaire parts. They only lasted three years. If the door starts to sag again, we will probably get a new washer It’s probably not going to be anything in the Frigidaire/Electrolux family however.

This part works really well. It was used to replace the broken outer door panel from our Frigidare washer. With this new part, we don't need to buy a new washer.

After waiting three weeks for a OEM part, I read a review that said this worked for an Affinity model washer. Online parts houses list this part but say this will not fit the Affinity but it does. Purchased my machine in 2007 and the original door frame was chrome. After waiting weeks, calling parts houses and Frigidaire I was told the part had to be made and was given no eta. Took a really close look at this, ordered and installed it, and am thrilled to have a working machine! TIP: Put the hinge on the door before fastening to the machine body. Several repair sites say this.

Absolutely fantastic outer door replacement for Frigidaire washer! This is my first time trying this company and already, I see a difference in how the washer door hangs after the replacement! I’ve purchased the last one because of a crack directly from Frigidaire. It was expensive so I thought I’d give Amazon a shot and found this company’s replacement part! For much less $!Their company contacted me immediately after purchase and asked me to reach out with any questions or issues! The biggest difference is that the Frigidaire replacement door sagged like the original. This one doesn’t seem to so far! I’m a very happy consumer! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
