It works perfectly for my purposes of weighing throughout my espresso prep (beans, grind out, espresso shots). It's easy to use with the instruction manual for adjusting settings. I haven't needed to recharge it since putting the included batteries. Great price!The fact it goes 2 decimal places means that even if the centigrams fluctuate, the most important number for grams and decigrams is the same (e.g. it's 18.1 grams regardless if it shows 18.11 vs 18. 16) so it won't round up and be inaccurate.

Jokes aside, cheap and works. I'd replace the battery if I were you. Swear the battery is lighter than a battery you'd put in a watch and it came a massive dent in it. It still worked so at least it was somewhat funny. Scale is pretty damn consistent considering how cheap it is. Works more than well enough for my purposes.

I've used this product for 5 months and had no issue. Love that it can be charged with a mini usb and it met all my needs. Today it suddenly stopped working; the screen it sold blue and doesnt read any measures. Tried batteries and also charged with the USB but nothing. I cant get in touch with the seller either to help with this defective unit. Disappointing!

I'm writing the review NOW because this is the first time I've had to change the batteries on it and they were the batteries that came with it. Used it over 50-100 times at least. It has been on point when weighing everything from "food to mail". Very accurate down to the (point) in grams. Recommend.

I have two scales. One is a jewelry scale that has a small weighing surface. The other one is this one. This scale is highly accurate. I compared it to my jewelry scale and it was matching exactly, down to the gram.If I had to buy a scale again, I would buy another one of these.Remember, this scale is NOT to be used on anything heavy. This is a very accurate, low-weight scale. I just know some idiot will be putting a brick on this, and wondering why it is not as accurate anymore. Not sure the max weight, look in the description, but I know it can handle a pound or two.

The product number is fine (B083J7G7ZX) but the item specifications do not match the product description on Amazon website. The precision is 0.1g instead of 0.01g... I really don't want to bother sending the item back and explain that this not okay etc, so I will keep it.But honnestly I am really sad I did not received the item I expected to get...

This scale is a big improvement in features, function and quality over the other look alike models. The max weight exceeded specifications. It didn't overload until 1100 grams. It is accurate and easy to use. It's rechargeable and comes with a USB cable. The protective plastic sticker over the buttons is a great idea. (Liquid in the buttons is what killed my previous scale that was a look alike to this scale). The plastic sticker isn't flat.It has dimples that fit nicely over the buttons. The only minor criticism is that the sticker over the buttons partially obscures the decimal point on the number display. I have to look down from almost straight over the top to see the decimal point fully, but it's not really a problem.

-- Starts on Grams so you don't have to switch it (unlike my other scale) - very handy.-- Zeros-out on start up, after weight is removed (even with container) and if it detects an error. Basically you don't have to zero it out.-- Very accurate. I have a set of standards certified to the thousandths. In the picture I used my Lewis And Clark 5.0 nickel to show scale (no pun intended); the nickel's been tested against the 5.000 standard on multiple scales and is exactly 5.00g. As you can see the scale reads it accurately.-- The size is perfect!! Sometimes I have to use a paper plate for material, and it always frustrated me that I couldn't see the weight on my other scale without moving the plate or using my formidable mental prowess to see beyond the plate. This scale lets me sit the plate back a little and the read-out is bright so it's very easy to see.-- My old scale shuts off quickly and can't be set - seriously frustrating... This scale laughs at such a needless limitation and gladly lets you set it.-- This scale lets you charge it - love it!-- There are two trays. One over the platform and one over the scale. The platform tray actually protects the platform so the platform can't get smashed when stored - very smart. The larger tray is a fantastic size.The Negative:-- The initial weight shown is always correct, but sometimes after about a 30 seconds, it dips or climbs by 0.01g then back again. I think it's measuring the difference in gravitational waves, so it doesn't apply to me. No biggie.This scale is honestly everything I could ask for!! Thank you!!
