I was in a rush to get an order placed because I had sun sail already and it needed to go up the next day. They included rope but nothing to close two ends. They sent 4 wire ropes with only 2 fasteners. I need 4 one for each end. And only two hooks. Most other sets give you 4 wires and 4 fasteners for the wire and 4 hooks one for each corner and they are 6” not 4”.plus they include fasteners for the rope they include so you have an option to use either wire or rope. Terrible instructions. Nothing really to be of any help.
