The pump works but not as well as some others I have used it's a little awkward. Also it keeps the product Hot for most of the day but it does not hold it as well as I would have expected so that's why I only gave it four stars

Wow, does this hold heat! I heated water for an after church social and when we used it almost three hours later, very hot.

This is a great way to serve coffee. It holds about 20 cups and keeps it hot and fresh. My guests served themselves. No more ugly stained drip pot.

The item arrived quickly and was packaged well. The evening prior to using, I washed the pot and filled it with almost boiling water. Later the next day, I poured the water out of the pot, which was steaming, and filled it with hot spiced cider. It stayed hot for hours with very little change in the temperature. I was really impressed.The reason I gave 4/5 stars was because you can't take the entire top off for easier washing and drying Instead, you'll have to use a long bottle brush to wash it and then figure out how to dry it or let it air dry. I also didn't like that the brand name "Dumfoin" was on the bottom front of the pot, so I filled it in with black permanent marker and it was unnoticeable. Outside of these things, the pot is fantastic.

I used this coffee dispenser at a brunch event to serve Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, and it worked perfectly! The coffee stayed hot for hours, which was a lifesaver for keeping guests happy throughout the day. The dispenser was easy to use, mess-free, and looked great on the table. If you need something reliable to keep beverages warm for an event, this is definitely a great choice!

Used for baby shower to hold hot chocolate and it kept it hot and worked very well! Was easy enough to clean up.

I used two of these for my Christmas party this year- one for mulled wine and one for hot cocoa. Both were SO hot even hours later. I filled up the hot cocoa airpot at around 2pm, and the hot cocoa was still too hot to drink at 7pm when people tried to put it into cups. The mulled wine went in to the airpot at a lower temp, given that you can’t get it too close to boiling, and even that was still hot when we went to fill up cups that evening. The only slight complaint I have is that cleaning them out is a bit difficult, but I will definitely use them again. Friends have already asked to borrow them for their upcoming events this spring.
