Worked perfectly with my v3 pan cam. Fits just right into the camera and allowed me to run longer wire than what came with the camera originally.

My use case for these was to allow for using a longer USB cable than the ones included with the Wyze Cam Pan v3, and they were perfect. As you can see from the picture, the cable sits flush with the base of the camera, so it won't interfere with the mounting plate. I've had a couple of these mounted outside for several months and haven't had any issues with connectivity.

Since my last review: The temps have lowered and the wind gusts have been as high as 48mph. We have received more snow. Add to this, we have experienced freezing rain which has taken out some power lines. Some tree branches and some trees have fallen due to the freezing rain.The camera continued to work until the power went out. Lucky for us the power was only out for a few hours, others have been without power for days.Once the power came on, those cameras kicked in and continued to work as programed. I have not had to climb any ladders to reboot any camera.Wyze cameras, Alexa, Echo Show and Amazon continue to impress me. Thank you!

Perhaps I was just unlucky since other people seem to be having no issues.For me they introduced oddities to the camera including lagging motion, loss of motion tracking, camera connection failures, etc.Tried various cables connected to these and the results were always the same. However, when I bypassed these with the same cables the camera worked just fine.They're also an incredibly tight fit; you really have to wrestle them into place, (and then if you're unlucky, back out).It's a shame because aesthetically I think this is the best option but I couldn't get it to work.

It fits and is comatible with the Wyze Cam Pan v.3, its best selling point.It comes with a weather resistant sleeve on the 'female' side however because there is a 'diaphram' in the middle it is not usable. Also the connection is very loose. I plan on putting some heat shrink tubing over the joint to improve the weather rotection and strengthen the physical connection.
