I purchased a used trailer and it was missing the key to the storage boxes. Using the code on the lock, got these replacement keys and they work great without the hassle of removing the lock(s) and taking it to a locksmith. But beware if you think that your external toolboxes are safe - apparently this is a common lock so most thieves probably already know about it too.

At first I thought I had to return the keys cause the door wasn't locking. Then I realize I had to put the key in the lock position and close the door, and the door was lock. I was first closing the door then inserting the key to lock the door and the door wasn't locking. I am happy I figured it out after attempting it a couple of times.

It's a key, and it works. Make sure you order the right key code number. Number on the lock HAS to match the number on the key.

They are keys, they work or they don't LOL. These worked when I tested them - then I lost them before I could separate them. So - I am reordering them.
