As you can see in the photo the tuning pegs are mismatched (these are all the purchase installed.) One is not the same as the others but seems to be the same gear ratio and the tuning keys are the same so looks proper from the front.If this bothers you then you might want to try another set...as the ukulele is a budget Denver I'm ok with this. 3 outta 4 ain't bad. But quality control makes this a 2 star.The keys turn smooth are even with the mismatch they are a great upgrade to the very cheap very grindy Denver original tuning pegs.

Original machine heads were damaged these was an inexpensive and easy repair.

I've only needed few missing pieces for my son's ukelele, and these fit in perfectly. I wish they would sell the pega separately and not as a set, though
