The parts that it comes with actually work. I used the sealant to deal with very slow leak. it worked well.

Includes sealant plus valve core removal tool, replacement valve cores, syringe, even valve stem caps. I found the syringe a little unwieldy. Easy to spill sealant if you’re not paying attention. Other than that, absolutely everything you need to get the job done.

This seems to have everything I need, but it's odd that the don't include a dip-stick or any instructions. There is a small plastic tube that could probably be used as a dip-stick, which is probably what I'll do with it.
