My standard plastic levers were not strong enough to handle eBike tires. These worked perfectly. I wouldn’t use these on expensive rims, but they’re perfect for tough jobs.

These make the tire changing job so much easier. And I don't have to worry about them snapping in half in the middle of installing a tough tire. Great! Plus they are longer than regular levers so they give you way more leverage. These levers measure 8 inches long most are around 4-5 inches. The extra length really makes a difference.

Was in the bike industry for almost 15 years, worked in, managed, and eventually owned a bike shop. I've replaced a LOT of tubes over the years.Super long levers for good leverage, skinny metal tip to slip under even very tight fitting tires. They make removing and installing tires much, much easier.Metal seems much stronger than my plastic levers. I used them on aluminum rims, not carbon, so not sure if they'd be too much for carbon. But on the aluminum rims they were great.A hook thing in the plastic end would have been nice but not necessary. I got these because I snapped a tire lever trying to remove a tire, and they were fine. But I managed to break the tip of a presta valve off just before a ride, and got the tube replaced and everything back together on the trainer in less than 6 minutes. The levers really sped up the process.They're so good I put them in my pocket for road rides outside, even though they're bigger and such.I'm using 700x23 tubed tires, an old fashioned set up.

I was very excited about these as I have a fat tire bike and the cheap tiny plastic levers I had took an hour to get the tire on and off.Unfortunately despite their rugged looks they broke immediately. I went back to the .99 cent ones I had and finished the job.They need the metal all the way through so they don’t break where I show in the picture. Bad design, save your money

Overall this product is a good value for me because sometimes I remove/replace tires on riding mowers and other power equiment in addition to bike tires, so having a steel end and levers that are a little larger is helpul. These levers seem pretty solid. The only downside is that they do not hook to a spoke to free up a hand when changing a bike tire, and they are a little large to carry when riding a bike. Overall, the levers work well for my needs.
