Very cool! It's my first scope of this kind. I haven't used it that much yet but it was easy to navigate the controls and get set up for the first use. Zeroed in pretty easy. I'm using it for close quarters so it's a little too powerful of zoom for me right now. It's on an air rifle for pest control around the garage and house. I zeroed it in at 25 yds and it seems to be very accurate. Night vision is better than anticipated. Turned out the lights in my shop and it's near complete darkness and with the the night vision on I could see everything well. I would definitely be able to pick out a mouse. Didn't see any at the time. Controls glow in the dark. It's kind of heavy but not enough to take any stars away. Not sure about battery life yet. I can't figure out how to adjust the focus for the menu yet but I think I can just not sure how. I'm a little far sighted so it's difficult to read the small letters without my glasses. Focusing the optic is ez. There's a adjustment barrel under the scope and it's very straight forward.

This scope would probably deserve 4 or 5 stars if you had perfect up close vision and didn't need to use reading glasses. If you do need them then this scope may be completely unusable. I've used plenty of scopes that lacked a diopter before and never had an issue getting them to work with my eyes. With this scope I just could not find a focus adjustment that came anywhere close to usable. My eyesight isn't even that bad at +1.50. I did try using the scope while wearing the reading glasses but it only helped a little and I noticed significant eye strainI was really looking forward to trying out this scope so it was a huge disappointment that it has such an unexpected limitation. I may check out the previous version of this scope because that can pair up with one of my traditional scopes and maybe the adjustment on that will provide proper focus.

Glad they have reticle in video and images now.I have the NV-101 and NV-100. The image quality is great as always. The scope is well-made and feels very durable. I love the different reticle options and the adjustable focus makes it easy to get a sharp image. I am glad the company made updates after feedback. I updated my NV-101 as well to have the same reticles and features. Now if they can update the NV-100 to have a reticle while recording, that would be great.

adding this to my 450.bushmaster was pretty confusing to zero at first but caught on quickly the ir illuminator isn't the strongest, but you can see pretty well at 100 yards in pitch black. this thing really shines around 50 to 75 yards and in Texas with a short shooting lane is good enough for me. I did use this on my 22 to varmint hunt at night and it performed well it's not a 1000$ scope with crazy amazing quality but it did last in 7 degrees and rain with no problems. the recording was good, but the crosshair isn't center with the screen during the recording. if you're on a budget buy it and try it. you can always return it. I can't wait to harvest some hogs this spring to fill the freezer and use it during the day during deer season to record my hunts. also, last thing make sure to adjust the brightness and exposure to your personal liking before using it out in the field it makes a huge difference and helps with visibility and eye strain at night due to the bright picture it displays in full darkness.

The scope works as advertised. It seems to be built well, looks good out of the packages. There are a few issues that make it not so impressive. I understand it is an extremely low budget scope. One of the big issues is the magnification is a joke. I go from 5x to 20x and it barely moved at all. I also noticed if you have targets your moving back and forth on quickly, the screen gets a little Pixelated like. I found it hard to use because of this. And last point is the battery life is EXTREMELY short. If I'm walking around coyote hunting or something I either will have to turn it off and on, or it's going to be a short hike.

This scope is awesome! Clarity is great, battery life seems to be good. Super easy to use when you read the instructions, functions well during the day and at night. The value is crazy good to get a night vision scope for this reasonable of a price

The instructions that came with scope was very bad. The video on YouTube wasnt even for the same scope. But that’s not the reason i returned it was because of the blurry vision. The 20x zoom makes it worse. If you wear glasses don’t buy this scope

I was hesitant to spend this much on a night vision scope, but I'm so glad I did. The Triton StarStrike Gen 2 HD is absolutely incredible. The clarity is amazing, even in very low light conditions. I was able to easily identify and target coyotes on my property at over 200 yards. The built-in illuminator is powerful and the scope is easy to mount and zero. This has truly revolutionized my night hunting experience. Highly recommend!
