This is a beautiful piece of quality travertine. Mine looks very much like what is pictured. Being a natural product, each piece will vary as to color tone and amount of pitting. This is a thinner produced product which keeps it's weight manageable. It came well packaged and with little stick on feet for surface protection. I am using mine as a tray on a table top and it really gives an upscale look

This travertine tray is GORGEOUS! Oh my, what a beautiful design, it's excellently made, and it's heavy so it won't be going anywhere. I love the color...it matches my living space perfectly. I have not been familiar with travertine and this is my second piece like this because I just think this material is so lovely. This was packaged nicely and would make a great gift. It's at a higher price point than I'd normally go for, BUT, if you're looking for something unique to add to your home decor, you will not be disappointed!

This is a high-end travertine or limestone type appearing stone -- and it is natural stone certainly.It matches my kitchen perfectly with its natural limestone tiled walls. It looks super high end, and is a perfect trivet or containing-tray for what you choose. If you want to keep it from staining (like for a coffee or tea setup). then I would wipe it with a water-sealer every few months. It would be lovely in a bathroom or a dresser or to contain a sculpture or candles for example.LOVE this stone tray and I highly recommend it.

This is an absolutely stunning red travertine marble tray by PHINILUX. I actually drew in a breath of pleasure when I opened the box.The warm russet layering of color and natural patterning reminds me of one of my most favorite places in the United States, the desert landscape in New Mexico. Against our soapstone countertop, the tray stands out beautifully. I also took pictures of what it looks like against walnut and a jet black cutting board, so you can visualize how it might look in your own setting.Included were 4 small feet, which are like a firm, clear rubber. They will protect surfaces and keep the tray from sitting in water or anything else that may spill near it, should you choose to use them. I am using the feet. They stick very well and are easy to apply.The marble is sanded smooth with some natural and expected pitting. It feels soft to the touch. If I weren't using this in my kitchen, I would have no problem using it for my nice jewelry.I'm just so happy with this gorgeous, and very functional travertine tray. I highly recommend it to others.

I got the red travertine marble tray and it's a very attractive piece, with a beautiful reddish color and lots of veining.About the size of a dinner plate, it fits nicely on a table to frame a candle, or it would be nice on a hall table to hold keys and change. I haven't decided yet where it will live, but wherever it ends up, it will make everything around it look nice!
