People commenting that it's too small are so funny - like the specifications are right there in the description. I was searching high and low for a tray in these dimensions so the size isn't the issue, the only problem I have is that it arrived with a big scratch in the top, revealing the bamboo underneath the black paint. I really don't want to deal with a return, it's not worth the resources to send 1 back and get another as I plan to cover it with a small appliance anyway. Could be better but it suffices.

This would work fine to put under a candle or a couple of smaller items, but I don't think it's durable enough or big enough to use for a bathroom vanity tray. I don't think the wood will hold up to splashing water either. It's a lot smaller and thinner than I though it would be.
