I can't find this part at Lowe's or Home Depot online, or in-store ONLY had it here and thank God because I was not replacing the entire threshold or door after this cracked and fell apart. It lasted over 15 years the first time so I hope this one does as well.

Was doubtful this piece would replace old threshold as it had an extra piece of molding on the bottom. Actually it is designed that way to reinforce the piece of threshold that initially broke thus requiring replacement. Works better, squeaks less than the old threshold and the install was a piece of cake. Just remember to measure the depth of your old one to match i exactly with the 3 options for the replacement.
