I just got this Tonor mic to practice some singing at home. Mic looks nice, very solid, multiple connectivity. I am very excited to try it. But I need an stand adapter. This review will be updated after tested completely.

This is a good quality mic. It worked right out of the box with NO setup needed (just plugged it into my Dell laptop and it was good to go.)The quality of the sound is good. I'm not a sound engineer or an audio mixer or anything, just a consumer, but for what it's worth this is my opinion: great mic for podcasts or general recording, gaming, streaming, etc. It lacks a little tonality and dynamic pickup for pro singing or similar, but it's not marketed as a high-level singing mic, so that's fine. It like that it has a monitoring port (you can plug headphones in and hear yourself VIA the mic - which can be important.)You can set it up with either USB connection, or with the XLR style connectors that are used in the audio and recording industry. The "sweet spot" to get the best tonality and volume pickup is about 3" from the foam wind screen. Closer than that and it may distort if you talk loudly, farther than that and it gets a bit muffled and doesn't pick up your voice volume changes so well. You will still be audible and intelligible in either case, it's just that the sound quality may suffer to a greater or lesser degree if you move out of the sweet spot.Overall it is a good mic that is solidly built and functions well!

Disclaimer: I am not a sound expert. My cousin is trying to start a streaming channel (its the modern day starting a band) and has had trouble picking up my voice due to my old crappy headset mic. I've set this up and and done all the range testing I know to do and it works great. There are 3 options to hook it up.1) There is the traditional 3 prong connector that you see on stages (I've helped setup sound equipment for churches, so i recognize it, but i don't know the technical name).2) There's USB Type C. As a bonus it comes with a USB type A to USB type C cable (to plug it in to a computer), so I didn't have to source my own. As a bonus bonus, it includes a USB Type C to USB Type A adapter, so you could even plug it in to your phone/tablet/laptop/etc (as long as there is a usb type c Port.3) aux/headphone. Officially i think this is a monitor headphone port so you can hear how you sound. but with an auxiliary cable you could also hook it up to the line in or microphone port on your sound card or motherboard. The sound is far more quality than I expected at the price point. The same can be said for the build quality. It does not feel like cheap material. The microphone can be muted at the touch of the button. Holding that button switches an LED between a mic icon and a headphone icon, but I honestly have no idea what that does... the mic and an attached set of headphones function the exact same way either way. (At least when connected via USB).nitpicks:1) the stand is a bit hard to setup... the parts that screw in don't screw in very well... almost like it was sized before it was painted... its just a little tight.2) the windows version of the instruction manual is using screenshots from windows XP... (the sound setting one, the system tray appears to be windows 10)

I bought this as it has both XLR and USB output. On USB mode it works as a podcast mic. The quality seems good with a cardioid pickup. With the USB plugged in you get the fancy lights on the back and controlling them is easy with the button.I was pleased to find that the mic will work on XLR mode with out any additional power. So if you dont want the fancy lights, you can simply unplug the USB and it will still work as a mic level input into a mixer. No phantom power is needed for the mic, and still the same quality. This for me is fantastic as it allows me to plug it into a DJ mixer for streaming without the need for any outboard processing.

Built well, feels solid with stand included. Also includes needed cables. I am using with a GoXLR TYPE of box but not an actual GoXLR. I use this with my Gaming pc on games and in discord for chat and everyone says I sound great.

The setup is next to none on how easy it is. High quality cords to use USB C or XLR are provided. Packaging is snug and premium. The sensitivity is able to be dialed and tuned to what works best for your setup. The build of the mic itself is very premium and does not look cheap. I stream daily with friends and this has had so many compliments and 6 of my friends have all purchased this mic. Use this if you want a great product that rivals the name brands out there and still gets the job done well above what’s expected at that price point.

One of the best budget friendly microphones that sounds extremely clear and deep, voice quality on-par or better than the Yeti X Condenser mic when you don't do any audio filtering or enhancements. Due to being dynamic the pick up range is much closer so have to keep your mouth a bit close to it, pick up range dies off pretty quick but if you do podcasting or keep the mic close to your mouth the voice quality is just superb.
