I thought I was getting a pack of 12 not just one pencil , it said one pack , very disappointed and very expensive for one pencil

No not buy these pencils. Each pencil has a label stuck at the end of the pencil that needs to go into the pencil sharpener. So, if you don't want to ruin your pencil sharpener don't buy these. Even when I removed the label the gummy end still messes up the sharpener. I am throwing these pencils OUT.

Yay! I was so glad to find this, cameo pink, & one other, hummingbird, colored pencil to replace the ones I'd nearly used up from my Irojiten boxed sets! These were offered at good prices & mailed via Amazon Prime too. The cameo pink one was an Amazon add-on reduced price purchase.I haven't used either of them yet, since I just got them yesterday, but they look & feel exactly like the others in my Irojiten sets, so I'm guessing they'll be just as good of quality. They both have the exact same white lacquered casing with colored ends & silver printing on them. The each came with barcode stickers showing they were "Made in Vietnam".I hope Amazon will carry more of these colored pencils, at the great prices I purchased these two at, so I can easily replace any others I end up using up.

I love these maroon pencils. Maroon is my favorite color. Every time I draw, the color always looks perfect on paper. Excellent.

I have several brands of colored pencils...Prismacolor Premier & Verithin, Crayola, Marco Raffine, a few Tombow, a couple brands of metallic & a mish mash of pencils gathered through the years. I was surprised when I couldn't find a true red, you know like Crayola Crayon Red. One day, when I was coloring a rainbow, I picked up my Tombow Cherry Red and was excited to find it was a truer red than any of my other ones.Don't ya know, I no sooner found my favorite red pencil than I lost it when it fell on the floor & my playful puppy chewed it up.I eventually decided to buy another & found it on Amazon. I put it in my cart until the price came down to a reasonable amount. (The price fluctuates quite a bit) Currently, the single pencil cost is a few cents less than purchasing Tombow's 5 pack of primary colors.Tombow Irojiten Pencils are smooth, lay down rich color, hold their point nicely & have a soft lead which is not quite as soft as Prismacolor Premier.

This is the most waxy colored pencil I have ever used. Light color payoff from so much wax and if you try to press harder to get more color it scratches the paper and makes it look worse. Will never buy another!
