SMART controller box. This was my biggest concern as I wanted to be able to set the mirror lighting as I want it. Then throw the switch OFF and when you re-enter the room and turn the switch back ON, it lights up as you had set it. This does just that and I cannot tell you how important that is to a lighted mirror. The last thing you want to have to do is to turn the light switch on then have to go to the mirror to re-set the light color, brightness, etc. everytime! HUGE. The frame quality is stellar, the front and back lighting are excellent. And the mirror quality is super crisp with excellent color rendition. Fabulous product!

And then getting so hot it’s possible to start a fire. Love love love this mirror but for some reason it will not turn off and then begins over heating. Would love to replace it as I’m hoping it’s just a fluke. Bought 2 and 1 seems just fine.

This mirror is gorgeous and feels very sturdy and heavy. It has 3 types of lighting and a dimmer. You can also light the front and back of the mirror together or separately. The hanger is very sturdy and I installed this by myself. It is best if your plug receptacle is behind the mirror so your cord won’t show like mine does. I only wish there was a space for the cord because extending it past the frame causes it to bump out. It’s not noticeable but still bothers me. There needs to be a better way of extending the cord. But this wouldn’t stop me from purchasing again.

I was very reluctant to buy large size product from Amazon because it’s hard to return if I’m not happy with the quality. This mirror looks very nice and I couldn’t find other competitive product with same size and dual lighting. So I have this a try. When received it, the packaging is very Sturdy, the mirror is intact although it’s so heavy.. I finally get it installed today and it looks so gorgeous!! My contractor says it’s good mirror as it stays flush to the wall, no gap, and it’s easy to install as it has mounting track instead of screws.I would see how long it lasts.. but now it’s all good!
