This is a nice, large bathroom mirror with a solid frame. It's a thin, black, metal frame -- but sturdy and strong. It has nice, modern lines. The backlight LED lights add to the modern feel of this mirror. It gives it a nice glow. These lights are certainly much more than a nightlight, but they don't light up the whole bathroom. These are ambient lights more than anything else. They're also good if you want to go to the bathroom late at night and don't want the bright bathroom lights on, but a nightlight is not enough. You have the option of hard wiring this mirror or just plugging it in to an outlet. I appreciate the flexibility of that -- and the ease of being able to plug it in. If you're able to hide the cord easily, it makes installation very simple. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I am not happy with the quality of this mirror given its premium price. There are several reasons.The mirror hangs from a couple of screws inserted into metal brackets with ’plus’ shaped openings. This is a very cheap hanging method; the best LED mirrors all use one or more French cleats.The frame is nicely made but slender, and a plug is provided, which is important, as it enables you to test the mirror before you get round to wiring it into your lighting circuit, which could be a good while after you buy the mirror.But the main thing you want from an LED mirror is good light. In my view, the back lighting this mirror provides is not adequate to be your main room light. It is tasteful and looks good, but it’s not nearly as bright as a lot of front lit alternatives. Arched mirrors look good backlit as there are no LED strips to ruin their graceful curves, but you still need to see what you are doing, or you might as well get a plain mirror and a bigger light bulb.The controls are a two-button design. I strongly prefer three button designs, because that way you can always tell what each button does and not have to fuss over how long you press it.All in all, this is a beautiful mirror, but unless beauty is your sole concern, I think it is not a good buy.

The gold is lightly lined and not bold or in your face. The backlighting is a nice touch for guests to get ready for the day. It is a great size and price match in my opinion. Easy to clean and wipe down. My shower is further away so I didn’t notice crazy fogging. The design is very simple yet gorgeous. Very happy with it.

This mirror we got to make a vanity for my daughter and it has lights on the mirror which is a plus. It took about 10 minutes to install a few screws to hold it

Took the chance on this product because I liked the concept and this shape fit the aesthetic we were going for.Purchased this a month ago - so far it’s great! Hope it holds up for the long-term.Just a note - while the light is gorgeous and is helpful for doing makeup etc, it does not provide enough light on its own to light up the room as a primary light source
