It's embarrassing to admit to needing this item. After several surgeries and a mild disability, I am grateful that this product is available. I highly recommend the "Automatic Scrub Toilet Assist". I have been to different rehab facilities after various surgeries and none of them had this item to help with personal care. I am glad I found it on Amazon and encourage the manufacturer to have rehab facilities have it on hand and provide it to patients.

It takes some practice and skills to tuck a piece of toilet paper into the head of this toilet aid because you have to push on the handle and at the same time make sure the paper is fixed well. If the paper is not held in the head tightly, it might get loose. If the paper is held too tight, it will be difficult to dispose of the used paper by just pushing on the handle. So, it is somewhat difficult to use, and you might need to touch the head of the aid with your hands.

Worst piece of JUNK I have ever bought. Used three times RELEASE BROKE. The paper would not come off WHEN PRESSING the release. Made a mess trying to get paper to release. Good concept POOR execution
