I have two different types of these wiping aids, and this one is not my favorite but it will "do" with some patience and practice. I do NOT wrap the toilet paper as directed; just doesn't work for me. I had to experiment with different ways to hold the paper to get the right configuration, and I suggest you do the same. The "banana" looking thing I use in the shower - works GREAT.

I have to say that I ordered the butt wipe part of this product for the future. I am already having difficulty wiping so I know it will only get worse as I age. With this Kakalote Toilet Aid, I might have a chance to be independent for a longer period of time. Only one part of this kit is for butt wiping. I know one thing about this wiper won't work as stated. I have a septic tank, and I can't flush paper towels or wipes into the tank. I can only use regular toilet paper. That will determine if I can use this wiping wand effectively. I like the lotion applicator. I also think that can be used in the shower to wash my back nicely. The bath glove is useful to exfoliate my skin while I bathe. I am glad I ordered this kit and I look forward to being able to take care of myself with its help.
