I bought the sim card valid for 90 days, after 30 days it stopped to work. They sent me a new sim card for the remaining 60 days. Waiting for the new sim card, I can't use the phone for one week. After 30 days with the new sim card, I had the same problem, and this time I hadn't any assistance by the company, and any sim card replacement, they even answered me.

This SIM card did not work with my daughter's cellular phone and she could not activate the 90 days SIM.The error said her mobile was not fully compatible with TMobile's network, however, she's been using TMobile Prepaid SIMcards since last August 2024 with the same mobile pjone

You will receive a SIM card and the instructions will direct you to email and address to activate SIM. You will not be able to access phone number or other info via Tmobile. All that will be controlled by third party.

Not very happy with product make sure you read All of the entire instruction manual front and back before you attempt to use! Clearly on the front of the instructions it states if you have an iPhone insert sim and it should work! But on the back it also states make sure you don’t use sim until you recieve an email from us with a phone number! Also did not come with SIM card case as advertised. Not happy T Mobil sucks I have them as a regular line as well and problem city getting rid of !
