The D-ring and metal flooring tab are well made and strong however, the anchor bolts did not work for me. I try to hammer the two bolts that came with the kit down into my flooring and the sleeve came apart. I had to drive down to home depot and pick up a new pair of anchor bolt. This was purchase to secure my 80 pound punching back in my garage.
