I'm 5'9", 150 lbs, and a 36A. I bought this in a size 12. It was snug at the hip, fine in the waist, and humongous in the bust. Loose in the front, in the back, at the shoulders - ginormous. I exchanged it for a Men's Small, which is quite snug in the hip, ok at the waist, and perfect in the bust. I highly recommend going for the men's fit if you are a smaller chested woman - would likely work just fine for even a B-cup. I am happy with what I ended up with.
