Used on an aluminum Northstar motor when replacing the head gaskets. Be sure you know if your engine takes fine or course thread. The cert tool is a must, and also must match the insert you are using.

The Time Sert system worked as billed. I did all the head bolts on a 2002 LS1 and plan to do the ones on a LM9 that I am currently building.
