This is great for my fellow dancers, or anyone that wants to improve their flexibility! It is versatile, you don’t have to stick to one stretch, there are several you can do! I’m using this specifically to improve my technique for jumps in dance, as I do comps, and always have room for improvement! I really recommend!

My daughter is excited to use this and the product itself is fine. I took off 2 stars since it did not arrive with the pictured items shown on the product page. It only came in an opaque, one-time use, plastic zippered bag with a QR code sticker adhered the front with directions to scan it for product directions.

I like it a lot!! im new to the whole 'being flexible thing' and this helps a lot with stretches and is pretty compact! Now if only I can stop bouncing on the wall as i stretch lol

My 10 y/o attached this device to the inside of our frontdoor, and she is using it daily to help her flexibility. So far so good! While the stretch band may be the shiny new thing, it's good because she needs to find excitement in stretching since I think she gets bored with her regular floor-stretching routine. She'll step away from the table at dinner and go and stretch for a while with the band. Or get up from the couch and do same. I'm hoping as she matures, the addition of the stretch band will help her push herself in creative and technical ways.

This product was a big hit with my teenage dancer. She's naturally more flexible on one side and through stretching with this product has seen results on the other. Set-up was easy.

My daughter loves it she is trying out for her third year of cheer and in the first week of trying it her kicks have greatly improved, she installed her self (14yrs old) and Loves it made really well

I'm a former dancer. And every day I miss it. But since I got and beat cancer, it had done some real damage to my body. I've been wanting to get back to stretching and get back into shape but it's been difficult as I feel old, stiff and flat out janky and rikety. I also am living in a very tight space, as I'm remodeling my home. I was able to put this on my door on my trailer and stretch outside in the sun with no problem. I feel so good, almost rejuvenated, because I was actually able to get a good genuine stretch in my legs. I am so happy!

First off let me say what I like about this product. It is sturdy and easy to use, and it is very well built. It works extremely well for me and I don notice a difference in how high my leg can go. I would rate it five starts, but when I hang it on some of my doors, it jams them shut and I can't get in/out of the room. Make sure before hanging it that there is a slight space above the door. I did not notice any damage to the newer paint in my house, but some of the old paint chipped at the top. overall, I do enjoy using it and would recommend it for newer painted doors.
