This product was just as advertised. Would have liked it to be a couple of inches longer but works for what it is needed for. The foam padding is great! Everyone else uses cotton padding. Glad to find something made in the USA.

I've had a couple of other seat belt covers that didn't cushion the pressure on my pacemaker. This one distributes the pressure of the seatbelt and I'm not constantly moving the seatbelt around anymore trying to get comfortable. Yes, you have to move it around when you get ready to hook your seatbelt and the seatbelt can turn over, but once had it several days now and it's only happened once. Now I'm more careful when I unhook it to get out of the car. Love it!!

I initially bought this to keep my seatbelt off of a newly installed pacemaker site. However, as I am still wearing a sling to help remind me of what not to do with that arm until I am healed , it dawned on me I can also velcro it onto my sling and provide a nice pad between me and my cats when they get on my lap.I would highly recommend it for use with a pacemaker.If you have pets, like me, you know how critical it is to care for yourself while everything heals. This item is VERY useful.

This is a very nice product. Some other sites or individuals sell seatbelt chest pillows but they are a little more puffy, like a pillow. I’ve tried them and that bulk of the pillow shape presses a little bit at my port site and feels uncomfortable. This is so flat and soft, I just love it. It provides comfort to my port site and was easy to attach to my seat belt. My husband had a shoulder surgery last year and had a plate put in. He loves using this also! Says it just takes away that slight pressure and discomfort the seatbelt put on his shoulder. Great design, great product, great gift for anyone who might need it.

I am four weeks out from having a pacemaker inserted. I just got cleared to drive again last week. I was so happy to have my freedom back! However, I found that my incision/placement site is still very tender. Using my seat belt while driving was excruciating. I didn’t want to drive since it hurt so much. I considered driving around with ice packs, but that is just not feasible. How would I keep them cold? Would they slide around too much to do any good? I had to find something that would help alleviate pain and make driving easier.I turned to trusty Amazon for my solution, and I found The Breast & Chest Buddy. It looked way too simple to be effective. However, I figured I would give it a try. The price was not too high that I would be out too much if it didn’t work. I ordered the product a Saturday with the expectation of receiving it on Monday. To my surprise, I received it the next day! Bonus!I tried out my new little gadget and was amazed. This simple little product is a lifesaver! I can drive pain and worry free now. I may look a bit funny, but I don’t care. No pain means I have freedom again!I highly recommend this product!!

Back in January of this year, at the age of 36, I went into cardiac arrest and ended up needing a pacemaker. I am quite thin, and my pacemaker was implanted above my ribs, just below my clavicle. So when I drive, the seatbelt forces my clothing to rub against my implantation site. That scar begins to get painful and tender, and I have a difficult time driving due to the constant pain. I had been searching for something like this ever since, and my only option was something that either pulled my seatbelt to the side, which was not very safe, or a similar product that cost over $70! I finally found this, and I cannot believe the difference it has made! I can finally drive and I experience no pain or discomfort at all. Not only does this supply cushioning so the seat belt does not apply pressure to my chest, but as I move around, this slides up and down the seat belt with the motion of my body, so there is no rubbing against my chest and scar whatsoever. Thank you so much for this amazing item! I have a second vehicle and I may end up purchasing another one so I do not need to move this one from one vehicle to the other. I would highly recommend this item!

This little buddy is what it claims to be, a pillow that wraps around the seatbelt to put a cushion between it and your owy spot. It stays put and offers some extra cushioning. The best feature is that it can be left on the seatbelt to wait for your next trip, unlike a pillow, which would need to be repositoned every time. I was not "amazed at the cushioning inside The Chest Buddy. It is super soft, flexible, and shock absorbing".It just seemed like normal pillow foam to me, and only about 1/2 an inch of it at that. Great idea, but I am not sure it is worth the $20 pricetag.
