Love the color the price and that it's very sturdy and tilts via the crank

Crank to raise and tilt is a necessity for arthritic shoulders and hands. It is nearly impossible to reach across a table and up to a button in order to push it to tilt with other umbrellas. The button is often impossible to push as well. I have never had a problem with this type to crank to open, auto tilt, and then reverse crank to lower it. The canvas-like fabric feels strong and the color is nice. I removed the top vent stitching where it attached to the umbrella on every-other panel to give it more air flow. Wind gusts are a common occurrence in my yard. When the umbrella was delivered, the box was damaged, badly taped up and there was a slight discoloration and pulled thread. It looked to have been damaged in shipment. The umbrella was not wrapped in plastic in the box. Both issues were not enough for me to take it down and return, but I contacted the company to see if they normally wrap the product inside the box, and told them how it was delivered. They quickly responded, offered to replace it or refund a small amount if I did not want to send it back. I opted for the small refund which was promptly credited to my account. We can only wish that every company cares about the satisfaction of their customer as does this company, including what happens during shipping..

I liked the size, weight and color options for this market style umbrella. Its tilt feature is different in that you have to wind it all the way up and the tilt mechanism kicks in to tilt the umbrella. Does not have a separate tilt button to push. I like that it weighs less than a market umbrella made with wood pole.

Love these umbrellas! The fabric is thicker and feels more luxurious than other patio umbrellas I’ve had in the past. I appreciate the Velcro tab closure to secure the umbrellas closed when not in use too. The option to get the 9ft or 10ft is awesome (I upgraded to the the 10 ft) and I can tell a big difference in the amount of shade the umbrella provides on my deck. Easy to set up and use right out of the box. Would purchase again.

I wanted an umbrella wide enough to cover two chairs and a small table but still have a small base.I looked and a lot of them were huge and had a giant base. This one plus the $20 base was such a great value I took a chance and ordered it. I’ve used it for two weeks and am super pleased with the size of the umbrella, the weight of the fabric, the color and the fact that the smallest base on Amazon is able to handle it and not get in the way. It’s made days by the pool in central Florida summer bearable and downright enjoyable!! Highly recommend!

We bought this and it’s been a fantastic product. No color fade. Sturdy. Well stitched and a gorgeous color. We spend hundreds more on a different brand same fabric. It was junk after a year. Stitching came apart. Not this one. Get this. It’s a great deal

We needed to replace our old broken market rope-style umbrella. Because our patio gets full sun most of the day, I wanted something large enough to cover our rectangular table. This is perfect. It opens easily with the crank, and the auto-tilt feature is great. It is sturdy and heavy and the fabric is quality material. I love the terracotta color, too. It’s not as red in the photo, but more of a deep orange-red. Because it is heavy, it will tip over with the big wind when left open. Otherwise, we have it sitting in a 50 pound weighted stand at our glass table, and it seems to be holding in place fine. This is such a huge improvement over our old broken umbrella, and the gorgeous color pops on the gray granite patio.

Excellent! I bought this 3 years ago and it is now ready to be replaced. I think the 2.5 years of wear is reasonable for the price. The fabric seams are splitting apart due to wind gusts, and the ends of each spindle on the frame are wearing through, again reasonable given the price. This has been much easier to use compared to my (very expensive) Restoration Hardware umbrella, so I am fully satisfied. I am small, this is easy to use, easy to reach the crank. Wonderful and easy auto-tilt feature works so well- just a few more cranks and it tips towards the sun. Easy up and down by cranking it, no more having to herc it up like other umbrellas we’ve had. Sturdy, handles the breeze well. Fit well into my ore-existing base. So good, I bought another!
