This 9 “ (23cm) tart pan with removable bottom is what I was looking for. Most recipes on YouTube uses this size tart pan. There is no guess work or adjustment needed to the recipes. The tart comes out easily and beautifully fluted. It would be even better if the sides were slightly higher than 2.3 cm. This is slightly lower priced than other similar pans and I have used it many times and found no issues with the pan.

Atrocious product. The bottom round won’t sit flush to the bottom. It looks like it may be warped? I never used it. Cheap crap
