Mini quiches, tarts, whatever you want to make these are perfect! Non-stick, easy to clean and they make for a perfect little bite sized portion. Since you can pop the bottom out to get what's inside out easily, you could easily stack them up for hors d'oeuvres or otherwise wrap individually as gifts.

These are very well made! Heavy duty metal, with removable bottoms, as advertised. A little smaller than I anticipated but I can make them work. The tart pans arrived in perfect condition, but the silicone cleaning brush was crushed in transit. It might return to its original shape, but not a deal breaker if it does not as it may be a bit too teeny to be useful.

Very happy with tart molds. The tarts came out of molds easily and intact. They are compact and store nicely taking up very little space.

I used these for mini pumpkin pies and they work very well! I was able to pop the pies out with the little molds very easily!
