I believe these are very good replicas of PVS 15s. They look very convincing. Would be great if you were trying to put together a costume or a display mannequin with proper helmet and mount and other realistic pieces.As stated, they are simply toys or a costume piece.Well-made and convincing for what they are.

These are great if your kid is (or you are) into airsoft or LARPing for... reasons. They give that tacticool look. The helmet mount works like the real one and they look pretty close to the real thing.

These are great for general cosplay. They are much lighter and generally less expensive than a real set. Just remember that these are fake for costume only before you buy. They look realistic and are easy to attach.

As I have aged and had kids and now that kid wants to get into airsoft my question is WHERE WAS THIS STUFF 15 YEARS AGO!? On the whole this thing is freaking sweet. Everything is adjustable as a actual set of NODs would be but also everything is plastic and not metal. Also there is a lot of wobble when mounted to the helmet which I dont love. For those reasons im docking it a star because at $40 it could be a little more quality to the parts. But that being said the wobble went away when I hooked the retention bungees of the helmet to it. But as its plastic that doesnt give me a lot of faith in holding it together through the teenagers matches. But also they look REALLY good, the position lock works really well (even after the kid tugged pretty hard on them to get them to come down before he knew there was a release button) Mounting was a bit of a pain but not that bad. Putting the lenses on the mount required a bit of oomf as the tolerances werent that great. Once its altogether though. Again, its freaking sweet and looks fun and cool. which as a prop/airsoft kind of thing is kind of the whole point. If these things are on sale worth grabbing for sure. If the seller gets generous and charges only 20-30 then these are worth every penny. I think they are slightly over priced for what they are at $40 but what isnt these days. Easy 4 gold star product.

Non-functional but PERFECT for film/stage use. These look the real deal. Looks great on my tactical helmets. Convincing enough to film with. Could also work for cosplay.You can’t see a thing through them. Purely cosmetic.

These look pretty great and would do nicely for a cosplay or airsofter looking to look a little more like an operator. However, mine arrived damaged with one of the front lenses and its housing separated from the body of the unit, and it's easy to see where the adhesive failed. If they came intact, I would suggest these for your outfit!

I'm not going to roughhouse with this, I do not believe the materials would hold up to much impact at all.With that in mind, as a bit of costume stuff these are great. The mount works pretty much exactly like a real one would. Adjustments and shoe, identical in form and function if not materials.The tubes themselves are just empty plastic shells, but you can see through them (both ways so there's no way you're fooling anyone with these when they can see your eyes through them).I would not suggest these for even airsoft games. They will get hit, or bumped, or even broken when you walk under a doorway or tree branch and you will be bummed. But if you like to cosplay, take fun shotos, whatever, these are probably perfect.

I was not impressed by this unit. Maybe I expected too much but they didn't look all that much upon inspection. These may suit your purposes depending on what you want them for. They arrived secure in the packaging without damage. You will have to judge for yourself.
