replaced my broke water cooler with this one does fine but I dont heavy overclock but my cpu stays at like 40c even with the case side open

The oil just leaks out of the barings after a couple of month of use then the fans stop spinning. The design allows oil that it needs to lubricate to seep out then has no access point to replace the lost oil making these fans useless.
