This fixed my intermittent dimming issues with my 2006 Silverado 1500 cluster lights. Much cheaper than advanced auto, $79 in the store, $15.00 here. Great call, easy install.

1/26/25:Plug and play, the LEDs are bright (light bleed through in pics due to poor night time camera), will update this review if it becomes faulty.

Even though I knew this had a green color to the backlight instead of amber like my original, it doesn't matter to me. Seems like it will last.

Works great but it's blue, I made that mistake so now it's not the same as the rest of the truck colors hahaha

Acquired this replacement because button to turn my cab lights off broke. This is a perfect fit, and does everything the OEM switch does. Inspected the inside and it is the same quality. It did not fix my light dimming issue with the gauge cluster though, but I found that was an issue with the clusters itself.

a couple weeks after install... no more dimming/brightness on the dash issues. If your dash flickers or suddenly changes brightness etc this is usually the problem. Fit just fine, no problems. Will update down the road as I see how the longevity is.

i was told that GM didn't make them anymore. after years of mine being broken, my light kept going out at night. i found this. great , 5 minutes to put in, works perfectly
