Put my knee through the original. Popped off the fuse panel lid. Pulled off a side trim piece that snapped off/on.Pushed the broken module from the front by the nob and it popped out. Unplugged the connector.Plugged the connector into the back of the new module. Snapped the new one into the slot. Snapped the trim piece and fuse panel cover back into place.Done!! Less than 5 minutes.Fully operational. IDENTICAL to the OEM version.ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!!

Fit in my 2020 Colorado perfectly and everything works great. however the knob seams wobbly, I believe this is a genuine GM product but it may have been rejected by quality control because of this, or maybe it just happened during shipping. Either way I am overall satisfied with the product as it repaired my faulty stock switch.
