I got these swim trunks for my husband in a large and they fit him perfectly. They are a great length and he loves the lining in them as he hates traditional net lining in bathing suits. Worth every penny!

I didn't think I'd be a fan of these but after giving them a run, I could see myself buying another pair or two. Really comfortable, compression liner is great and the sizing is right on. I sized up because I was between sizes but probably could have sized normally and been just fine. I'd recommend these to anyone that likes the shorter cut and compression liner.

I ordered these in the colorful islands print. I was between that and the red ones but ultimately decided if I was getting a retro look I should really lean into it. I absolutely love the print, the colors and brightness look great. The material seems solid. I am a little concerned the elastic in the waistband may not hold up after a lot of washes, but I guess I will have to wait and see. These are definitely a 5" length so be advised that these will be mid thigh if you want something longer.

These two-tone blue swim shorts are comfortable to wear. The material is very soft and the zipper pockets are a nice feature to keep things from falling out of the pockets. The phone pocket on the shorts lining is a nice feature but after walking around with a cell phone in the pocket, I noticed that the lining was stretched down and was visible. I am glad I ordered a size smaller than the size chart suggested, since they seem to fit quite nicely. I like these swim shorts and would definitely buy another pair, when needed.

Offered by the SURF CUZ Store… This review is for the Mens Swim Trunks with Compression Liner 5" Swimming Trunks 5 Inch Retro Swim Shorts with Zipper Pockets:- I’m 5’10” / 155lbs with a 31 inch waist. I ordered these in a Medium as the size chart suggested, and the fit is perfect.- The material is a soft poly / spandex that is quite comfortable. Perfect liner, with good support.- They a little thicker than I would have liked, and are not exactly quick drying. So not my favorite swim trunks, but work well as a backup pair.- Priced fairly compared to others in this category.- They do offer a great look, with vibrant coloring. And a modern style.- Not my go to pair, but may work well for most users.

The lining on these swim trunks are made of a different fabric than most of the trunks we have. They are comfortable on. Our 15 year old feels they were too short. But he does like them. He's happy with them. They run a bit larger than most medium trunks. This suit is made very nice. It has a setback zippered pockets. It's fun that the lining is print.I machine wash in a laundry bag, then air dried it. Turned out nice.

I ordered the blue/navy blue swim trunks in an extra-large size for my husband, and to our delight, they fit perfectly. - so they run true to size. I am pleased with the five inch length of the shorts, as I like shorter rather than longer shorts on my husband. The solid blue is vivid and my husband really likes the zippered pockets; the material itself is stretchy, which will allow for flexibility when he is playing games on the beach. The built in compression liner will be beneficial, too, when he is getting in and out of the water a lot at the beach, as he sometimes gets a rash; this should help. These are great swim shorts and I highly recommend them.

Fit is as expected, and color and printing is as shown, so that's good. Zippered pockets are nicer than expected, but the material the pockets are made of is rather thin and stretchy, so I'm not sure you'd want to be putting anything sharpish in there, like keys. First because I'm concerned it might rip the material, but second because you're going to be poking yourself. A hotel key card or credit card is about all I'd put in there. The liner is comfortable, and the big metal aglets on the drawstring are way nicer than you'd have back in the day. Material is way thinner than you'd have back in the day too, and the poly is more on the shiny/slick end of the spectrum. Bit expensive for what they are, but they're comfortable and look good, so no complaints.
