3/19/2025: I purchased the Drain mode variant of this product. It worked great for the first 10 days, extending the pump interval by about 2x, which reduced the number of stops/starts on the pump and reduced wear. Was very pleased.Woke up this morning to see that the pump was running more often again. Checked that we didn't have rain overnight. Checked the sump pit and I notice that even though the light on the pump controller is red, which previously indicated that no power was going to the pump, the pump still has power. Effectively, the on/off functionality of the pump controller is stuck in the ON position, causing the pump to run based on the needs of its own float (which has a shorter travel length), leading to the reduced interval time and more pumping cycles.No contact info available for the seller to ask questions of or to help troubleshoot. Will be requesting a refund and will update here if the situation changes.

Works as anticipated, it's not entirely clear what the green wire is for. The assumption is that it's for a "drain" function to fully drain water to the very bottom green sensor; however, no clue how to engage the drain function. What appears to be a power button doesn't do anything, seems to be more of an indicator light. Pushes in a little but didn't pop back out. Works just fine though.

This level switch turns on and off my sump pump without problems. I placed the 3 sensors on a small rod and it pumps out water exactly where I need it to. I recommend it.

After experiencing severe basement flooding due to a sump pump failure, I decided to invest in the Hi-Lo Sensor to prevent another disaster. This high-precision water level sensor has been a game-changer in keeping my basement dry, even when I'm away.The sensor features high-precision probes that continuously monitor the water level in my sump pump well. I set the high-level probe at the sump pump’s activation point and the low-level probe at its shut-off point. When the water reaches the high probe, the pump turns on automatically, and when it drops to the low probe, the pump stops，no manual intervention needed. This prevents flooding, ensures efficient water management, and even saves electricity by avoiding unnecessary pump operation.The 16-ft cable made installation simple, allowing me to position the sensor properly in the sump pump well. The control unit is easy to use, and I placed it in a visible spot to monitor water levels and pump status at a glance.The sensor is waterproof and built to last. After two weeks of continuous use, it has performed flawlessly, proving its reliability. The only maintenance required is occasional cleaning of the probes to maintain accuracy.

Since I’ve installed this, I haven’t had any issues with flooding. It does a great job of keeping the water at bay before it becomes a bigger problem.

This sensor worked perfectly with my sump pump. It’s great for tight spaces where regular floats don't fit properly. It activates the pump faster too!

As soon as water hits the set level, the sensor activates. Very responsive and efficient.
