I have various acoustic stringed instruments of various sizes. My boukouki has a gourd back, my tenor banjo and mandolin are thin, my little Martin guitar is thicker, and my full-size guitar between the little Marin and the bouzouki. They would not fit well if I had them in each of the 8 holders but do well with at least one space between them. This would not be a problem holding 8 electric guitars or other slim instruments. The mandolin is a challenge because of its size, and I have used several ways to put it there. The picture shows the strap holding it (requiring attaching and reattaching it). I have also had it forward-facing, with the bottom tuning pegs holding it. I don't expect that most buyers would this kind of variety of instruments, but it does show a certain amount of flexibility. I can move the entire rack without removing the instruments (easiest by dragging it across the carpet), which is more convenient that using individual instrument stands.

Good product will absolutely hold 10 guitars but it’s very tight works great if you’ve got limited space but a lot of guitars I potentially have bought three of these and I probably need to buy fourth one

Got this for my brother and he loves it. It has a nice great wood tone color and it looks great as well. Hold the guitars nicely. Seems sturdy.

OK, there is some assembly required. Instructions are easy to follow with the instructions provided. Anyone who has put IKEA furniture together will fit right at home. This is a nice addition to my studio and makes storage of my guitars easily accessible. The color reminds me of walnut wood but I have no idea what it actually is. What I can tell you is that it's attractive and functional. I can recommend this purchase.

I really like this stand and the way it supports a bunch of guitars. I can load it up with 10 electric guitars, and fewer if you add acoustic guitars, as they take up more space. Just be careful of Nitro finished guitars, as the rubber that they have on the bottom section of the stand will adhere to those finishes and leave marks in the finish, or even remove some of it. (This happened to a project guitar I have, so be mindful.)I like a lot of the Strich stuff that I have and this didn't let me down.

This review is for the Strich brand guitar stand that holds ten guitars. It comes with all the pieces in a box, and you have to assemble it. If you’ve ever assembled any furniture before, you’ll be fine. If you’ve never assembled furniture before, this is a good starting point. Assembly is straightforward and simple, just take a moment and make sure each part is oriented correctly before you tighten those screws down; it’s a pain if you get C or D (the ‘legs’) upside down, or accidentally swap A and B (the upright posts). You will need a regular, mid-sized philips head screwdriver for assembly.Once assembled, the result is a nice looking wooden guitar stand that is reasonably sturdy. All the contact points are padded, so your guitars should be safe from dents and dings unless you’re sloppy adding or removing them from the stand.I tested it out with my guitars, and I found the guitar stand holds standard shaped guitars (Stratocaster, Telecaster, Les Paul, Ibanez double cut Les Paul types, almost all acoustic guitars, etc) and basses (Precision Bass mostly) with no issues whatsoever, but you can, if you’re careful, fit SOME offset guitars on it. So long as the bottom of the guitar body is rounded and mostly symmetrical, it should fit. Even some wider bodied guitars (ES 335, hollow body jazz guitars, etc) will fit if you’re careful. Other guitar shapes (Warlock, Jaguar, Jazzmaster, Jazz Bass, Mockingbird, Flying V, Explorer, etc) either don’t fit well, or don’t fit at all. To sit securely on a guitar stand like this, you need three points of contact: two on the lower body, one on the neck. Most offsets only hit two of those, and other shapes may not fit at all.---Now, the reason this review is only four stars. There are several small issues with the stand I received that, while they don’t affect function or stability, are visible and should have been an easy fix at the factory.First, it’s a minor thing I know, but one of the pieces has a large, ugly spot in a visible area on the side where a knot or something broke apart, and someone tried to fill the gap with wood putty and did their best to hide it. It may have filled the gap, but it’s ugly as sin and the color is off enough to be jarringly noticeable if you can see that side of the stand at all. The spot is irregularly shaped and about an inch tall and roughly two inches long. Considering the piece is only a little over two inches across at that section, it’s glaringly obvious. Honestly, that piece should have just gone into the scrap pile because people do not spend almost $100 on a guitar stand only to have (relatively) gigantic, glaring flaws like that.Secondly, and also a minor thing, while the screw holes align properly, the wood pieces aren’t quite square with each other. This is more of a nitpick thing, but again...price. The alignment issues are mild and completely unnoticeable unless you look very closely, but once you notice them they become obvious. Luckily they don’t cause any issues with the construction or stability of the stand, but if they were any worse they WOULD have.---So, overall, good guitar stand, quality control needs some work.

You will need to assemble this from the box of parts shown. It’s easy in a few minutes with a screwdriver. I couldn’t tell from the provided photos if the indents for the guitar necks were well padded. They surely are, with about a quarter inch of really dense, smooth felt covering the entire surface of the wood. The bottom rails are padded with a very dense, very smooth rubber. The wood on mine was quite a bit lighter in color than showed on my monitor. I just want to comment that, as I think you can see from the pictures, the guitars are too close together when it’s fully loaded. I plan to use it for 5 max. Having the closely spaced neck holders actually gives it great versatility. Remember that it works with a standard body shape like an acoustic guitar, or Gibsons, or my PRS. Unsymmetrical bodies like a Fender Jazz may not fit well.

This came well packaged. The stand arrived in good shape and with all necessary pieces. The instructions are clear, but you may need some magnification to make sure everything is oriented correctly. The assembly took about ten minutes with my own screwdriver. The stand will fold flat for storage. It is study and will hold up to ten electric guitars comfortably, and fewer classical or acoustic guitars. And for around eighty dollars it is a good value for money.
