It's a very sturdy cord. However, the ends fray easily making it hard to slide through smaller holed beads. If you're using larger holed beads, it's perfect. It does have a nice stretch and knots well. Just know that if you use smaller beads with this it will fray, and you'll be cutting off the fray so add a little extra to your project to get the desired size.

I had a necklace that the elastic stretched out and didn’t look or fit right anymore. I transferred the beads to this elastic and it’s back to perfect.

this is what i made with the string, it’s pretty sturdy and very stretchy. don’t stretch it to hard tho because it will snap the cord but other than that its fine. i recommend this for projects or just simple bracelets for long lasting

Pony beads work very well with this string, but if you make the bracelet too small the string will lose its stretch.
