Learned the hard way to not use a metal paddle in a plastic fermenter. Oops!Using this I've had no issues -- it reaches to the bottom of my 30L fermenter just fine, and feels quite sturdy. Rinses/washes easily.I am using a paint stirrer on a drill to do the heavy lifting nowadays, but this works for smaller jobs, or for when getting the drill out is a pain (or it isn't charged up).
