It's a drill bit. Exactly what you would expect, full size, not some short stubby thing. Properly sharpened.

Used this to drill holes through a trim piece for a tailgate table. It was the exact size specified and drilled cleanly with no tear out. I did drill pilot holes first due to the large diameter of the hole and this worked exactly as expected.
