The boxes are really nice and sturdy. However, on the inside where you hook the folder on the side were all bent on both boxes. So the folders won’t stay on the ledges like they are suppose to. I really wanted to like these bc they are nice sturdy boxes but they are unusable for what they are meant to do with the ledges being bent, not holding the folders.

The size and design are just what I need to keep my bird millet stored. It does get opened/closed a few times a week. But nothing excessive. However, this is my second one. I returned the first one because the latch broke within 30 days. The second one broke after 90 days. Very disappointing. Will look for a different manufacturer.

I first purchased these 4 years ago to store archival photo albums. I can fit 3 in one of these boxes, and with the gasket and 4 clasps, I know nothing will get inside them. We have house centipedes and they get in the weirdest places! The boxes stack well, very solid. I have them in stacks of 4, maybe 15-20 pounds in a box, and there's been no warping of the bottom boxes, even though the contents don't reach all the way to the top of the box. Shipping can be a problem, the containers that are in the bottom of the shipping box often arrive broken. There is no padding and the plastic breaks similar to glass but the customer service has been superb, they always reply quickly and replace what is broken! There is a chemical smell and it doesn't entirely go away even with washing, so I wouldn't use for food but it hasn't affected the paper/photos I use them for. Just got a new set and they're still the same as the original set.

These are great for keeping files! I can keep these in a shed with a lot of old files that need to be kept and bugs and moisture will stay out! This last order arrived with the foam seal torn. But I was able to make it work.
